Police are investigating after two older people were found dead in an Irvine hotel room.
The Irvine Police Department announced just before 3 p.m. that “officers discovered two elderly people deceased” in a room at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, located at 7905 Irvine Center Drive.
Police added that the officers were initially responding to a request for medical aid in the hotel room. Further details have not been released.
“We will have a large police presence in the area while we investigate,” police said.
