Oakland Athletics’ all-time lineup: Cast your vote

US

After 57 seasons at the Coliseum, the A’s are in their Oakland swan song.

The Athletics have won four World Series championships, compiled five Cy Young awards and had seven players named the American League’s Most Valuable Player since arriving from Kansas City in 1968.

From Campy Campaneris, who led off their first game representing Oakland, to Seth Brown, recalled from the paternity list as their most recent roster addition, the A’s have filled 1,429 roster spots with many more players to count.

Condensing the team’s Oakland legacy down to a single lineup card seems like an impossible task. That’s why we’re asking you to do it.

Who should start at first base – McGwire, Giambi or Olson? Left field is probably sewn up by a certain Oakland native, but which former MVP should start in right?

Fill out your all-time A’s lineup card by voting below for your choice to start at each of the nine positions.
