The Justice Department has charged a Pakistani man with alleged ties to Iran with orchestrating a plot to assassinate U.S. government officials, including former President Donald Trump. Iran has vowed to retaliate against Trump and other officials for ordering the 2020 killing of Qasem Soleimani.
