Ahead of one of the most anticipated seasons in franchise history, the Chicago Bears will be featured on the latest installment of “Hard Knocks.”

After years of disappointment and heartache, the 2024 Bears look to turn boos into cheers with help from some new marquee faces: rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, wide receivers Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze, and running back D’Andre Swift.

To add fuel to the fire, wide receiver DJ Moore also recently inked a franchise record-breaking extension after coming off a 2023 season that saw him notch career highs in receptions (96), receiving yards (1,364), receiving touchdowns (8) and receiving yards-per-game (80.2) while staring in an offense that was tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers for 28th in the NFL in total passing yards in 2023 (3,421).

What is “Hard Knocks?”

“Hard Knocks,” winner of 18 Sports Emmy Awards, is a reality sports documentary television series produced by HBO and NFL Films that follows an NFL team through the summer months during NFL Training Camp prior to the regular season. The show gives fans unparalleled access to the inner workings of training camp, such as practices and meetings, and even a look into some of the players’ personal lives.

How can I watch “Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Chicago Bears?”

“Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Chicago Bears” will be available on all HBO platforms, including streaming service Max.

When does the first episode air?

This season of “Hard Knocks” debuts Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 8 p.m. central time. New hour-long episodes will premier each subsequent Tuesday.

How many episodes will there be this season?

“Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Chicago Bears” will consist of five episodes.

Have the Bears been on “Hard Knocks” before?

No. This is the first time Chicago will be featured on “Hard Knocks” since the show’s debut in 2001.
