Debby is expected to make a slow trip across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina
Rainfall totals of up to 6-12″ are expected in Florida with localized amounts of up to 18″. Georgia and South Carolina are bracing for potentially record-breaking and devasting amounts of rain. Totals through Wednesday morning could top more than 12″ and by Friday, parts of the region could receive 15-20″, with localized totals as high as 30″.
