CHICAGO — A search is underway on Sunday night for a missing swimmer at a beach on the city’s North Side.
According to Chicago police, the CPD Marine Unit is conducting a search at Foster Beach in Edgewater after a swimmer went missing in the area.
Officers say it was reported that a male swimmer entered the water but did not resurface.
Police did not provide details on what time the incident unfolded but said the search is ongoing.
