The now-presumptive Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, traveled to Wilmington, Delaware, on Monday to speak with campaign staffers. The visit comes on the heels of the Harris campaign raising more than $80 million in the 24 hours after President Biden left the race. CBS News’ Weijia Jiang and Robert Costa have the latest.
