Aurora police launch search for missing 7-year-old boy

CHICAGO — The Aurora Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a 7-year-old boy who went missing Thursday evening.

APD said Luis Moyotl was last seen in the 600 block of South LaSalle Street around 6:15 p.m.

Luis is described as being around 3-foot-6-inches tall and weighing around 60 pounds. He has brown eyes with short black hair and was last seen wearing a white shirt, white shorts and black sneakers.

Police also noted that Luis is deaf and has been diagnosed with Autism.

APD asks anyone with information to call 911 immediately.
