President Biden denounced political violence after the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during Saturday’s rally in Pennsylvania. The White House said Mr. Biden and Trump had a “good, short and respectful” call following the shooting where the former president’s ear was grazed by a bullet. A bystander was also killed.
