It’s the start of something new for Vanessa Hudgens, who’s officially in the motherhood game now that she and Cole Tucker have welcomed their first child.
The “High School Musical” alum, 35, and the Los Angeles Angels third baseman, 28, were spotted leaving a Santa Monica hospital Wednesday — Tucker’s birthday — with their newborn in tow.
Photos published by TMZ show Hudgens and the baby being wheeled to their car by a nurse, while the MLB player follows closely behind.
It’s unknown when exactly the couple welcomed their bundle of joy, nor the sex or name of the baby.
The “Tick, Tick…Boom!” star revealed she and Tucker were expecting in March, when she premiered her baby bump on the Oscars red carpet, where she was co-hosting the awards ceremony’s pre-show.
Hudgens and the former Pittsburgh Pirates player announced their engagement in February of last year, and tied the knot in Tulum, Mexico that December.
While the pair have yet to formally announce the birth of their child on social media, Hudgens helped her husband ring in his birthday Wednesday.
“Happy birthday to my slice of heaven,” she captioned an Instagram carousel, featuring several snaps of the couple’s life together. “You make the world a brighter place by just being you.”
