Restaurant Olivia Launches Month-Long Perennial-Focused Tasting Menu

When chef Ty Leon, Austin Carson and Heather Morrison opened Restaurant Olivia in 2020, they wanted to build a restaurant devoted to pasta, but also one that could become an extension of their passion for storytelling and sustainability.
