$50,000 reward offered for info leading to arrest in connection to 2023 killing of Los Angeles man

The Los Angeles City Council has approved a reward for information that could lead to the identification, arrest and prosecution of whoever is responsible for the killing of a man last year.

According to L.A. Police, officers responded to reports of gunshots near the 3400 block of Emery Street in Boyle Heights at about 4:30 a.m. on June 3 of last year. There, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as 25-year-old Noah Martinez.

More than one year later, authorities are still searching for suspects.

Authorities said on Monday that a $50,000 reward is being made available for information that could lead to the identification, arrest and prosecution of a suspect.

No description is available, and there’s no information relating to the shooting.
