Tom Brady is a great sport!

The retired seven-time Super Bowl champ — who spent his first 20 seasons with the New England Patriots — surprised Motorola CEO Greg Brown’s wife, Anna, at her big 62nd birthday celebration at Chatam Bars Inn on Cape Cod on Sunday.

Brady made the trip to Massachusetts from the Hamptons, an insider told Page Six. “No one knew he was coming!” the source said.

We hear that Brady is good friends with the Motorola exec.

Brady did a meet-and-greet with fans, and even signed four footballs for the kids in the room at the event.

He also brought the birthday girl a bouquet, we hear.

At the bash, the former NFL icon also chilled with his former Patriots boss, Bob Kraft, for much of the evening, spies said.

But Brady wasn’t the only major attraction: Sir Elton John serenaded the party, and the Browns danced to “Your Song” on a stage next to John’s piano.

We hear the “Tiny Dancer” singer almost didn’t make it, because his plane was delayed by bad weather, an insider shared.

Event designers Rishi Patel and Marcy Blum produced the event, where “gratitude” was the theme.

Magic man Oz Pearlman performed his mentalist act, and we hear copious amounts of California wines flowed.

Olivier Cheng catered, and the evening ended with late-night desserts, plus a performance by violinist Dominique Hammonds.
