Cedar Park police seek public help finding missing woman with cognitive impairment

CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) — The Cedar Park Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a woman who went missing earlier on Tuesday, the agency said on social media Tuesday.

Delcy Martinez Ramos, 20, left her home on South Cougar Avenue Tuesday afternoon and has not been seen since, according to CPPD. Police said Martinez Ramos has a cognitive impairment “and may be confused or disoriented.”

If anyone has any information on her, they are urged to call 911 immediately. No other details were released Tuesday.
