A 16-year-old boy found unconscious on a Harlem street last week was the victim of a homicide, police said Monday.

Cops were called to the corner of W. 149th St. and Bradhurst Ave. just before 12 a.m. June 18 for calls of an unconscious person.

When they arrived, they discovered Tresaun Clements unconscious on the pavement, police said.

Medics rushed the teen to Harlem Hospital, where he died two days later.

His death was later deemed a homicide. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had any signs of trauma, according to a police spokesperson.

Tresaun lived just a few blocks from where he was killed, according to cops.

There were no arrests as detectives continued to investigate.
