Record-breaking flooding have inundated towns in the Big Sioux River Valley in Iowa and South Dakota. At least one person was killed in South Dakota, Gov. Kristi Noem said. CBS News Minnesota reporter Jennifer Mayerle is in Waterville, Minnesota, a town fighting floodwaters of its own, with more on the weather.
