Justin Timberlake was arrested on Monday night for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, New York, a law enforcement official told ABC News.
Two nights earlier, the pop star, 43, was electrifying the crowd at the Kaseya Center in downtown Miami.
At the concert, a stop on the Forget Tomorrow World Tour, Timberlake, wearing a smart gray suit, was in fine form.
Videos on Kaseya’s Instagram show the 43-year-old former boy bander dancing up a storm and at one point, jumping from the stage, and interacting with the audience.
Timberlake was reportedly due in court to be arraigned on Tuesday morning.
It’s unclear how JT’s legal issues will affect the tour, launched in support of his new album “Everything I Thought I Was.” The father of two is expected to hit a number of cities and then head to Europe, and pivot back to the United States.
As per the schedule, the singer will be back in Florida on Nov. 8, performing at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, then the following night at Orlando’s Kia Center.
