The 23-year-old victim got into an argument with a man who pulled a knife as the quarrel escalated about 8:20 a.m. in Morris Heights, cops said.

The two men may have been arguing over a parking spot the stabber wanted near Inwood Ave. and Featherbed Lane, a police source said.

The attacker stabbed the victim in the chest before speeding off in a dark-colored sedan, cops said.

Medics rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he died. His name was not immediately released.
