14-year-old boy critically wounded in Auburn Gresham shooting

A teenage boy was shot Tuesday night in Auburn Gresham on the South Side.

Officers responded about 7:30 p.m. to the 7800 block of South Marshfield Avenue, where they found a 14-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds to his body, Chicago police said.

The boy was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

No one is in custody.
