The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Kirk is expected to strengthen by Tuesday and become a hurricane.

Another tropical storm is brewing in the Atlantic.

As of Monday, the National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Kirk has a top wind speed of 50 mph.
