The White Sox made MLB history by losing for the 121st time on Friday night in Detroit. They lost 4-1 to the Tigers. The Sox set the record for most defeats in a season during MLB’s modern era. The Sox are 39-121 with two games remaining.

With the win, the Tigers clinched a postseason berth.
