According to police sources, the collision, which occurred on the park’s Center Drive near Wollman Rink around 3 p.m. Wednesday, sparked a heated argument between the pair. The suspect, who was zipping along on an electric-powered Citi Bike, shoved the teenager off his bike, then sprayed him in the face with an unknown chemical substance while the victim was splayed out on the ground, cops said.
