Vice President Kamala Harris will be in Philadelphia Tuesday for an interview with the National Association of Black Journalists. The interview comes after former President Donald Trump questioned Harris’ racial identity in his own sit-down with the NABJ back in July. CBS News campaign reporter Nadia Cavazos has more.
