Man shot in South Loop

A man was wounded in a shooting Sunday night in the South Loop.

About 8:25 p.m., a 21-year-old man was walking in the 100 block of East Roosevelt Road when a dark-colored vehicle approached and someone inside opened fire, hitting him, Chicago police said.

The man was shot in the chest and grazed in the arm, police said. He took himself to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

No arrests have been made.
