Chicago man arrested for road rage shooting on I-90

CHICAGO – A Chicago man has been arrested for shooting at another vehicle during a road rage incident on I-90.

Illinois State Police said just after 6 a.m. on Feb. 9, officers responded to reports of a shooting on I-90 northbound near Irving Park Road.

A suspect, later identified as 40-year-old Daniel Morales, allegedly got involved in a road rage incident with another driver, resulting in Morales firing shots at the victim. The victim’s car was hit, but the victim was not injured, according to investigators.

On Sunday, police said they arrested Morales on a charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
