Authorities are searching for more information after a Southern California man was found dead in a dirt lot.
The victim was identified as Eddy Fernando Carrillo, 44, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
On May 17, authorities responded to an area near 45th Street East and East Avenue K in Lancaster.
Carrillo’s body was found lying in a vacant dirt lot in the area, deputies said.
The circumstances surrounding his death were not released. On Thursday, Sept. 12, amid the ongoing investigation, detectives sought the public’s help for more information.
No suspect has been arrested in connection to the death. No further information was released by LASD.
