A worker was reportedly injured after falling from a bucket truck at Assembly Row in Somerville on Thursday.

The incident happened near the River Bar, according to a WHDH report citing the Somerville Fire Department. An employee at the bar told the news outlet that they witnessed the worker putting lights on a metal structure before falling to the ground.

“I was working and I heard a loud noise, and I just saw the crane collapse and I saw the guy just hitting the ground,” Sergio Re told WHDH.

The outlet’s news chopper captured video of the scene, which showed police tape around the truck and debris on the ground. The bucket of the truck appeared to be broken.

The injured worker was taken to the hospital for treatment. Details about his or her identity and injuries were not released.
