Dolton man accused of kidnapping, carjacking 52-year-old

CHICAGO — A Dolton man is facing three charges after allegedly kidnapping and carjacking a 52-year-old man on the South Side.

Jontae Baker, 24, was taken into custody Monday in the 15600 block of South Ingleside Avenue in Dolton.

On June 26, he allegedly kidnapped a man at gunpoint and then stole his car and personal belongings.

Baker was charged with kidnapping, robbery and vehicular hijacking.
