The parents of a teen crash victim also want the driver’s mom held responsible. Anne Vanker and Thad MacKrell’s son, Flynn, lost his life in a crash outside Detroit. Cops say the 17-year-old driver was going over 100 miles an hour. The grieving parents say the driver’s mom knew her son had a long history of speeding way over the limit.
