Ford Amphitheater Making Changes After Noise Complaints

When Ford Amphitheater opened in Colorado Springs earlier this month, there were raves about the new facility…as well as rants over the sound levels, which resulted in 144 noise complaints that weekend…and that was before Primus played the outdoor facility last weekend. In response to community concerns that spilled over at the August 28 Colorado Springs City Council meeting, Colorado Springs officials — including Mayor Yemi Mobolade and City Council President Randy Helms — met with the heads of Venu, which owns the facility, to discuss possible options…
