NYC needs to support everyone who wants to learn English

For some of the tens of thousands of migrants that have ended up in NYC after treacherous treks to the border and ongoing asylum proceedings, the English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) classes given by nonprofits and community groups like CAMBA and settlement houses have been a lifeline. They’re a light to shine the way forward to their establishment in the city.
