Police said the driver, later identified as Leann Aragon, drove around one police car, crashing into a second head-on. APD said the impact of that crash forced the second vehicle to hit a third. Police stated a detective who was inside the second car sustained head and neck injuries.

Aragon is currently being held in MDC and is facing an aggravated battery upon a peace officer resulting in a great bodily harm charge.
