We are adding more housing for all New Yorkers

US

“Back-to-back years.” That’s what Mayor Adams announced with us outside of Melrose North, a 171-unit supportive housing development in the Bronx. Our housing crisis has reached the breaking point: a historic vacancy rate — 1.4% — and half of all New Yorker renters paying more than 30% of their income for rent.
