Man shot, killed in Englewood Monday evening

CHICAGO – A man was killed in a shooting Monday evening in Englewood.

Chicago police said at around 6:30 p.m., a 32-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk in the 600 block of West 69th Street when a dark blue sedan approached and someone fired shots at him. The man was hit twice in the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made.

Area One Detectives are investigating.
