At least two people died Monday after a traffic collision in Antelope Valley’s Lake Los Angeles, authorities confirmed.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash was reported at 11:39 a.m. in the area of 152nd Street and East Palmdale Boulevard.

Authorities said multiple vehicles were involved. At least two people killed, and another was in critical condition.

Images from Sky5 showed two vehicles with severe damage on the side of the two-lane highway. It appeared that they may have collided head on.

No additional details were immediately made available, including the cause of the crash.
