Fire crews battle 3-alarm blaze at Pittsburg apartment complex

PITTSBURG — Contra Costa Fire Protection District crews responded to a three-alarm structure fire early Sunday morning at the Woodland Hills Apartments in the 200 block of W. Buchanan Road.

The fire was successfully extinguished, but firefighters remained on the scene for several hours Sunday morning to conduct mop-up operations.

 

It’s unclear if anyone was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
