Hulu’s ‘Baywatch’ Doc Teases Never-Before-Seen Stories About “Wild” Cast And “Sexy” Show That Was Always “Pushing The Envelope”

US

The sun is nearly rising on Hulu‘s After Baywatch: Moment in The Sun.

The official trailer for the new four-part docuseries from ABC News Studios dropped on Tuesday, and it teases beachy behind-the-scenes footage and brand new interviews with cast members of the ‘scintillating’90s sensation. The new first look also gives a glimpse of conversations with Carmen Electra, Gregory Alan Williams, Billy Warlock, Traci Bingham and Jeremy Jackson.

The trailer of course spotlights a never-before-seen interview with bombshell Pamela Anderson herself, who like her co-stars Electra and Jason Momoa, launched to stardom during her run on Baywatch.

“I’m really proud of everything I’ve done… almost,” she says with a chuckle.

While stars like Electra highlight what a “wild time” it was to star on the show, they also reflect on, in Jackson’s words, the “epic highs and bitter lows.”

David Chokachi laments, “They just wanted to, like, put you under a microscope and see where your flaws are.”

Warlock explains, “Everybody was disposable, and if you didn’t fit into their brand, you were gone.”

Meanwhile, Williams becomes emotional after he shares that the series both “empowered” and “hurt” him.

“But, so do the people and the things we love,” he adds, before admitting, “I need to take a break.”

More testimonials about Baywatch pour in, as the show is described as being “about pushing the envelope.”

“Everybody likes to watch sexy things,” a voiceover adds.

Per an ABC News Studios press release dated July 10, the upcoming documentary also features a slew of other cast members and creators of the show, including Nicole Eggert,, Alexandra Paul, Erika Eleniak, Michael Newman, Michael Berk, and Douglas Schwartz.

After Baywatch: Moment In The Sun hits Hulu Aug. 28. Check out the trailer above.
