They just can’t work it out!

Following Page Six’s report on fitness fanatics freaking out over the Equinox Printing House’s ongoing elevator problems back in March, we hear the swank Manhattan gym’s members are still “losing their minds” that the issue is not fixed.

On top of that, there was no water this week.

One source tells us they got stuck in the elevator at the West Village location last month for almost an hour — until they were rescued by the FDNY.

We hear the member was given a $50 credit at the expensive spot’s store.

Classes have been canceled since guests can’t get to the upstairs area, causing buff bods to flee in droves to other gyms instead of continuing to pay $3,600-a-year at the elevator-challenged spot.

An email seen by Page Six to members, states: “Due to recent feedback we have scheduled the installation of two new reservoir water tanks to prevent any further water interruptions.”

The note this week also promised, “Water will be fully restored as of Friday 08/09 with no interruptions.”

Miffed members also got several emails this week alerting them that the elevator was down, and some classes were canceled.

“Our tech found that we are going to need an additional part to restore our service meaning that our elevator will be down for the weekend and partially on Monday as well while they install this piece,” said a letter.

In March, Page Six reported that members were left waiting in line to share the only workout equipment on the facility’s ground floor — and one gym bunny was even separated from their Range Rover’s keys left in a top-floor locker when the elevator failed.

Members — who reportedly include Claire Danes and Will Arnett — aren’t allowed to walk up the stairs because of the building’s rules, alleged one frustrated client.

There are even Reddit threads devoted to the issues at the gym.

One commenter wisecracked: “Someone can lower your things down with a rope-and-basket pulley, and they can make it a strength class.”

Other reviews of the pricey gym online include such comments as, “But seriously…the elevator. It hardly ever works. And when it does, in the time it takes to go from the ground floor to the top, you could legit run a half mile.”

A source at the time told us the elevator had been working fine up until the last few months, and that folks could take another elevator in the tony building’s residences.

“Periodically they have stopped the elevators to do maintenance and service,” a gym insider said at the time. “There was one day I know of that they weren’t able to go to a higher floor, [but] they were able to accommodate the classes. It has not been that dramatic at all.”

Some commenters said they were fleeing for rivals like Life Time and Chelsea Piers Fitness.

Reps did not comment.
