2 shot in Englewood restaurant, Chicago police say

Two men were injured in a shooting at Seafood Shack and Steak on the 7300 block of South Halsted Street Saturday afternoon, according to Chicago police.

A 33-year-old man walked into the restaurant, showed a handgun and began firing at 4:23 p.m.

A 34-year-old man inside the restaurant was shot in the face and arm. A third man, 34, pulled out another gun and shot the 33-year-old man in the thigh and back.

The 34-year-old victim was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center and initially reported to be in serious condition.

Both men who fired shots were taken in for questioning and the two weapons were recovered. The police are investigating.
