Three men wounded in drive-by shooting in Fuller Park

A drive-by shooting in the Fuller Park neighborhood early Monday morning left three men injured, Chicago police said.

At approximately 2:30 a.m. Monday, an unidentified gunman fired multiple gunshots from a truck into a group of people who were hanging out in an empty lot in the 5200 block of South Princeton Avenue, according to police.

One man, 24, was shot on the right cheek and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition. The other two victims, aged 21 and 24, declined medical attention on the scene after each receiving a graze wound, on the back and above the right eye respectively.

No one is in custody, and the victims declined to answer questions about the incident. Detectives are investigating.
