Strawberry Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1.50 oz. 12-year-old Scotch whisky
  • 0.75 oz. simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • soda water
  • 2 strawberries, quartered

Method: Muddle strawberries in bottom of shaker. Add Scotch whisky, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in glass. Top with soda water.

Elderflower Highball

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. single-malt 12-year-old Scotch whisky
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liquor
  • Top with high-quality soda water
  • Mint bushel garnish (big, bushy green leaves)

Method: Build in a highball over ice. Perfect for entertaining, and a great patio pounder. Just make sure you keep the 3:1 ratio of whisky to elderflower.

Sparkling Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. London dry gin
  • 5 oz. sparkling lemonade (like San Pellegrino Limonata)

Method: Combine all ingredients in your favorite balloon glass or wine glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

French 75

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. London dry gin
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. champagne
  • garnish with a lemon twist

Method: Add the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker. Shake, strain and top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
