The U.S. Marshals said Jackie Selby Jr., 35, was a suspect wanted by the Hutto Police Department after authorities were dispatched on February 19, 2023 to an incident of a male touching himself inappropriately in front of a juvenile that occurred in the 300 block of Arnage Drive.
