The decision was mutual and made effective immediately between the city of Hutto and Directors of Chaos, the release said. The amphitheater said it is “actively seeking new management solutions” for future events.

The RAIN: Beatles Tribute show scheduled for Aug. 1 was canceled, the news release said. All ticket holders were notified and refunded, according to the the amphitheater.

“We are grateful for the efforts and contributions of the Directors of Chaos over the course of our partnership,” the release said.
