Around two hours earlier, a street takeover mob took over the intersection of Manchester and Avalon and looted a Wing Stop restaurant, OnScene.TV reported.

At Century Boulevard and Western, cars were seen doing donuts as water sprayed from a sheared fire hydrant.

Another takeover was reported at Rosecrans and Central Avenue in Compton. OnScene.TV’s photographer believes it was the same group of people moving from location to location.

It is unclear if anyone was arrested or how many vehicles were impounded by police.
