A man was fatally shot during a three-person altercation on the 7600 block of South Halsted Street in Auburn Gresham overnight Sunday.
The victim, 32, was shot multiple times at around 4:15 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
The other two men involved fled the scene in a dark gray Ford Escape.
No other injuries have been reported and Area Two detectives are investigating.
