Amber alert issued for 7 month old, last seen in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KXAN) — An Amber alert has been issued as the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Richard Ramey, 7 months old, male, last seen wearing a white top and tan shoes. Ramey was last seen at 10:13 p.m. on Wednesday at the 12400 block of Adkins-Elmendorf Road in San Antonio.

Ramey was described by the sheriff’s office as being 15 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said Nicole Daguanno, 30, a female was last in connection with the abduction of the child. She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and blue jeans.

Daguanno was described as being 5’4″ and 140 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. She was believed to be on foot and last seen in San Antonio, according to the Bexar County Sherriff’s Office.

Law enforcement officials said the child is said to be in grave or immediate danger.
