A 17-year-old boy was killed when he crashed his motorcycle on a Brooklyn parkway, police said Thursday.

Jeremiah Diazramos, 17, was on a Honda motorcycle zipping west on the Belt Parkway around 9:55 p.m. Monday when he “failed to properly navigate the roadway,” according to cops.

The teen careened into a concrete barrier separating the west and eastbound lanes and was thrown to the pavement.

Cops called to the scene discovered Jeremiah unconscious in the roadway, suffering from head and body trauma, police said.

Medics rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health, but he could not be saved.

There were no other vehicles involved in the crash and Jeremiah was the only victim.

The teen lived in Sunset Park, according to cops.
