The prosecution and the defense presented opening statements Wednesday in Alec Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter trial. Prosecutors said Baldwin’s behavior led to an unsafe work environment on the set of the movie “Rust,” where cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed in 2021.
