Police investigating reports of shooting in Grand Crossing

CHICAGO — Police are on the scene of a shooting in Chicago’s Grand Crossing neighborhood.

Police and ambulances responded to the 7100 block of South Woodlawn around 6 a.m. for reports of multiple people shot.

Initial reports indicated the shooting occurred inside a home.

Police have not released officials details nor an exact number of people injured.

Police are investigating.
