The Bruins’ schedule for the 2024-25 season was officially released Tuesday, with Boston set to open a new campaign on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Florida Panthers.

The team officially announced its latest schedule via a video on social media — with Patriots center David Andrews offering an assist.

Boston will be on hand for Florida’s banner-raising ceremony at Amerant Bank Arena, with the Bruins set to renew their rivalry against the reigning Cup champions. Boston will then host the Montreal Canadiens for their home opener at TD Garden on Thursday, Oct. 10.

The Bruins will also put a cap on their centennial celebrations in December, with Boston’s Dec. 1 matchup against Montreal standing as the team’s “Centennial Game” — marking the 100th anniversary of the Original Six franchise’s first ever game against the Montreal Maroons.

Other key dates for Boston include Nov. 9, when Linus Ullmark and the Ottawa Senators will play at TD Garden, and Nov. 26 — when Jake DeBrusk, Danton Heinen, and Derek Forbort return to Causeway Street with the Vancouver Canucks.

The Toronto Maple Leafs will return to TD Garden for the first time since Boston’s Game 7 overtime triumph on Oct. 26, while Boston will host the Penguins for their Black Friday matchup — with puck drop set for 6 p.m.

There will be no games from Feb. 9-21 for Boston, with the NHL 4 Nations Face-Off — a four-team tournament featuring NHL players from Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States — taking place from Feb. 12-20 at TD Garden and Montreal’s Bell Centre.

Boston’s regular-season slate will end on April 15 with a home game against the New Jersey Devils.

Individual game tickets for the 2024-25 season will go on sale to the public Wednesday at 2 p.m. Fans can learn more and purchase tickets by visiting BostonBruins.com/Tickets.
